A retail software development company that puts store, warehouse and web on one inventory

We're a retail software development company: unified stock across store, warehouse and web, point of sale connected to your ecommerce, catalog and prices synced with your ERP, and electronic invoicing that issues itself. One number for every channel, not four.

A retail software development company that puts store, warehouse and web on one inventory

One stock, four different numbers

Omnichannel retail doesn't break at the storefront — it breaks in the seams between systems. The register, the ecommerce and the ERP each keep their own version of the truth, and every hour that passes they drift a little further apart. The customer finds out first, at the worst possible moment: at checkout.

  • Different stock in the store, on the web and in the ERP
  • You sell online what's no longer in the warehouse
  • Prices updated by hand in three separate systems
  • Sales reports that mix channels and never reconcile

What we build

The retail stack that keeps every channel in sync

The retail stack that keeps every channel in sync

Point of sale connected to your ecommerce

The register and the online store stop being two businesses. Same catalog, same prices, same promotions, and a sale in the aisle that shows up online immediately.

  • One catalog, prices and promotions across all channels
  • In-store sale discounts online stock on the spot
  • Click and collect, plus returns across channels

Unified inventory

Store, warehouse and web read from a single pool of stock, with reservations and transfers so no channel oversells what another one already committed.

  • Single stock pool for store, warehouse and web
  • Reservations and transfers between locations
  • Low-stock and overselling alerts before the customer hits them

Reporting that actually reconciles

Sales, margin and rotation by channel, branch and category, built on the same data the operation runs on. No exports, no spreadsheets glued together on Monday.

  • Sales by channel, branch, category and salesperson
  • Margin per SKU including shipping and payment fees
  • Automated competitor price monitoring feeding your pricing rules

ERP, payments and electronic invoicing

Catalog, stock and prices synced two ways with your ERP, local payment gateways and electronic invoicing issued on every order. It's the same stack — catalog and stock synced to the ERP, payments and electronic invoicing — that runs in production at Solares.cl.

  • Two-way catalog, stock and price sync with your ERP
  • Local payment gateways and multi-courier shipping
  • Electronic invoicing issued automatically per order

FAQ

What retailers like you ask us

Does it integrate with my current POS and ERP?

Usually yes, and that's the preferred path: your systems stay where they are. If your POS or ERP exposes an API, a readable database or scheduled exports, we integrate against it. If it's closed legacy, we evaluate a middleware layer or a staged migration. We check this in the first audit, before proposing anything.

What if I also sell on marketplaces, not just my own store?

A marketplace becomes one more channel. It draws stock from the same pool as the store and the web, its orders land in the same admin panel with the same fulfillment flow, and reporting keeps the channels separate so you can see what each one really contributes after fees.

Does inventory sync in real time?

Where your systems allow it, yes: a sale at the register discounts online stock immediately through events and webhooks. When the ERP only supports scheduled exports, we run frequent batches plus reservation rules, so the gap between syncs never turns into an oversell.

How do we start?

With a 30-minute audit of your channels, your point of sale and your ERP, at no cost and with no commitment. From there we send a proposal within 48h covering scope and the integration plan. We don't quote numbers before we've seen how your systems actually talk to each other.
