A nearshore software development company that works in your time zone

We are a nearshore software development company based in Latin America: senior engineers working your hours, in English, either as a closed-scope project team or as IT staff augmentation inside your own team, with source code and IP yours by contract.

Is the distance costing you more than the rate saves you?

Software development outsourcing rarely fails on talent. It fails on distance. When the team answers while you sleep, every question costs a day, and a change that should take an afternoon takes a week of calendar. Nearshore closes that gap: a team in the Americas, working inside your business hours, answering while the decision is still on the table.

  • Answers that arrive 12 hours later, stretching every iteration into another day.
  • Unpredictable quality from a distant vendor you cannot reach in real time.
  • The fear of losing your source code or being locked in to one provider.
  • Coordination that eats more of your week than the development itself.

How we work

Nearshore that behaves like an in-house team

Your time zone, not the other side of the world

Our engineers sit in Latin America, within a few hours of any US or Canadian office, so your morning is our morning.

  • Full working-day overlap with US time zones
  • Standups and demos at your team's hour
  • Answers in hours, not overnight

Closed-scope projects or staff augmentation

Two ways to bring us in: we own a defined deliverable end to end, or our engineers join your team and report to your leads.

  • Closed scope with one accountable team
  • Staff augmentation inside your process and tools
  • Seats scaled up or down as the roadmap moves

Senior engineers who work in English

Everyone we put on your project is senior, interviewed by us and comfortable working in English, Spanish or Portuguese.

  • English, Spanish and Portuguese, no interpreter
  • Senior profiles only, vetted before we propose them
  • Named people you interview before they start

Your code and your IP, by contract

Everything we write lands in your repository from the first commit. We keep nothing back as leverage.

  • Repository and cloud accounts under your organization
  • IP assignment and NDA signed before kickoff
  • Documented handover whenever you ask for it

FAQ

What buyers ask before signing

Where is your team and what time zones do you work in?

Our engineers are in Latin America, with Chile as home base and people across the region, and we work on your calendar rather than ours. For a client in New York or Toronto that is a one- to two-hour offset; for Chicago or Denver, one to four; for the US West Coast we shift our day later so the overlap still covers your full working day. For European clients the overlap is your afternoon and our morning, and that is where we place the meetings. Wherever you are, the standup lands at an hour that already exists in your day.

Nearshore vs offshore: why does the overlap matter so much?

An offshore software development company twelve hours away is often cheaper by the hour and slower by the month. Every question waits for the next night, so a clarification that should take two days takes two weeks, and the saving evaporates in calendar time. Nearshore keeps the same cost logic and removes the wait: you ask in the morning and get an answer before lunch, you review a demo live instead of by recorded video, and when something breaks in production you escalate to somebody who is awake.

Closed-scope project or staff augmentation: when does each make sense?

A closed-scope project fits when the outcome is clear and you want one team accountable for delivering it: we own the plan, the estimate and the result. Staff augmentation fits when you already have a roadmap and a tech lead, and what you are missing is capacity: our engineers join your rituals, your board and your repository, and report to your leads. Plenty of clients start with a closed project and keep one or two engineers afterwards for the ongoing roadmap.

Who owns the code, and how do you handle IP and NDAs?

You own it, from the first commit. The repository lives under your organization, the IP assignment is written into the contract, and we sign your NDA — or ours, if you prefer — before kickoff. We do not hold credentials, licenses or deployment access as leverage. If you decide to move everything in-house, we hand over documentation and infrastructure without renegotiating anything.

How do you bill, and in what currency?

Closed-scope projects are billed by phase against agreed deliverables; augmented engineers are billed monthly per person, so capacity you don't use is capacity you don't pay for. We invoice in US dollars and work as an international vendor with the paperwork your finance team expects. The number itself comes out of the free 30-minute audit: we map what you actually need and send a written proposal with scope and fixed cost within 48 hours, so nothing important is discovered after the contract is signed.
