A restaurant system that follows your service

Orders leave the floor and reach the kitchen intact, the QR menu carries your brand, and every delivery app lands in a single panel. Built around how your restaurant actually runs, not around a vendor's template.

A restaurant system that follows your service

Off-the-shelf software charges for what you never use

Every vertical POS promises to run the whole restaurant and hands you a mold instead: your service has to fit what the vendor programmed, the license bills per table or per ticket every month, and your sales data lives in their cloud. Meanwhile the floor, the delivery apps and the kitchen each stay on their own device.

  • Paper tickets that go missing between floor and kitchen
  • Delivery across three apps, three tablets and nothing consolidated
  • A QR menu that's outdated or owned by someone else's brand
  • The cash drawer doesn't match the POS and nobody can explain why

What we build

A system assembled around your operation

A system assembled around your operation

Connected orders and POS

Servers fire the order from their phone, the kitchen sees it on screen, and the check closes without anyone retyping a thing.

  • Kitchen display per station: cold, hot, bar
  • Split checks, tips and service charges on your rules
  • Works offline and syncs when the network returns

A QR menu that's yours

Digital menu on your own domain, with your photos and live pricing. No third-party logo, no links that expire on you.

  • QR per table, with ordering from the guest's phone
  • Sold-out dishes disappear from the menu instantly
  • You change prices and photos yourself, no support ticket

Delivery in one place

Orders from the delivery apps you already sell on arrive in the same panel as the dining room, in one queue for the kitchen.

  • Integration with the apps you already use
  • Pickup and your own couriers in the same flow
  • Real margin per channel, commission already deducted

Inventory, waste and cash close

A recipe behind every dish: each sale draws down stock. At close of shift you see what sold, what's left and what walked away.

  • Automatic stock deduction per recipe
  • Waste logged by shift and by station
  • Cash close reconciled against the POS

FAQ

What restaurants like yours ask us

Does this replace my POS or integrate with it?

Both paths exist. If your POS has an API or exports files, we integrate and build around it: orders, menu and delivery come in without touching the cash register. If the POS is the bottleneck — charging per terminal, locking your data, refusing your workflow — we build the point of sale along with the rest. That call comes out of the diagnostic, not out of a fixed bundle.

Is the QR menu mine or the platform's?

Yours. It runs on your domain, with your brand, your photos and your prices, and the code is handed over to you. No vendor footer on the menu your guests read, no links that die when you switch platforms, and the record of who ordered what stays in your database.

Does it consolidate the delivery apps?

Yes, and it's one of the most common reasons people come to us. We integrate the apps you already sell on and everything lands in a single kitchen queue alongside the dining room and pickup. You stop watching three tablets and start seeing margin per channel with each app's commission already deducted.

How does the cost work and where do we start?

There's no license fee per table or per ticket: the system is yours, you pay for the build and after that only infrastructure, which for a restaurant is low. We start with a diagnostic of the operation — floor, kitchen, delivery and cash — and within 48 hours you get scope and a written proposal, no strings attached.
