Do you use Power BI and Tableau, or build the dashboards yourselves?

If your team already lives in Power BI or Tableau, we connect and model the data for those tools, so they finally show numbers everyone trusts. If you would rather have zero licenses per user, we build your own dashboards on an open stack: they run on your own infrastructure, the code is yours and adding one more viewer costs nothing. What sources can you read data from?

ERPs, point of sale, ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce and VTEX, CRMs, Google Sheets and Excel files, and any database or API your systems expose. When a system has no API, we read it through scheduled exports, flat files or a direct database connection. And when the data lives on a public website, we extract it with scraping. In practice the question is rarely whether we can read a source, but how much cleaning the data needs before anyone should decide with it.

How long before we see the first dashboard?

We work in weekly sprints and each one closes with something you can open and use, so a first working dashboard shows up early instead of arriving at the end of the project. After the free audit you get a written proposal within 48 hours with scope, phases and what each phase delivers. What stretches the timeline is how many sources have to be connected and how much the data needs to be cleaned before the numbers can be trusted.

Is scraping competitor prices legal?

We extract only data that is publicly visible: the same prices and catalogs any visitor sees, with no logins, no personal data and nothing behind a paywall. We crawl at a rate that does not affect the other site's service, identify our bot, honor robots.txt and review each target's terms of service before we start. If a site forbids it, we say so and look for another route, such as a marketplace API or a data provider. What you get is a dashboard fed by public data, not a copy of somebody else's site.

How do you keep the data fresh?

Each source gets its own scheduled pipeline: some refresh every few minutes, others once a night, depending on how fast that number really changes and what the source allows. Every load is validated and logged, so if a source fails or returns something odd the dashboard shows when it was last updated instead of quietly displaying a stale figure, and an alert reaches us before you notice. Monitoring and pipeline maintenance can stay with us or move to your team with the documentation we hand over.
