What agencies and operators ask us
Does it connect with the major GDS?
With the major GDS, yes. And if you're a boutique agency booking directly with suppliers, we work without a GDS too, connecting to supplier APIs or parsing their confirmation emails. The itinerary and the payment plan don't care where the booking came from.
What happens with cancellations and changes?
Each trip carries its own policy. The system handles partial refunds, date changes and adjustments with a trail per movement, so management sees the financial impact as it happens instead of at month end.
Does it work for corporate (B2B) clients?
Yes. There's a corporate mode with a company → traveler hierarchy, configurable travel policies, expense reporting and consolidated invoicing. The same itinerary a leisure traveler sees works for the corporate one, with the approval step added.
