Cases up to date, hours billed, deadlines protected

An hourly-billing firm runs on three things: hours getting recorded, deadlines not getting missed, and invoices going out on time. We build exactly that stack for lawyers.

What every unrecorded hour costs

An average lawyer loses 8 to 14 billable hours a month simply by not recording them: they're worked, just forgotten. And a missed procedural deadline can cost the entire case. The shared spreadsheet detects neither.

  • Cases on spreadsheets, deadlines on a calendar, hours tracked manually
  • Critical deadlines without staggered alerts
  • Manual time tracking: 30% of hours lost
  • Billing delayed for lack of detail

FAQ

What firms like yours ask us

Does it replace classic legal software?

Yes, in most cases. Classic legal software remains strong on traditional document management; we're better at time tracking, alerts and modern UX. We discuss in the diagnostic.

How is a procedural deadline calculated?

We configure rules by deadline type (calendar days, business days, specific legal terms). The system subtracts holidays and notifies in advance. You validate initial rules, then the system applies them.

Does it comply with attorney-client confidentiality?

Yes. Data on owned infrastructure, at-rest encryption, access logs and per-case permissions. If you need specific certification (ISO 27001, etc.), we work toward it.

What about senior lawyers who don't want to use software?

That's why the front is deliberately simple: one view per case, big timer, one button for invoice. Complexity lives in initial configuration done by the firm administrator.
