Common questions we get

Will it replace my current ERP?

Only if you want it to. Most of the time we integrate with your existing ERP (any of the major ones) instead of replacing it. If yours is highly custom and doesn't fit anything off-the-shelf, then yes, we build a custom one.

Do you work directly with the tax authority or via a provider?

Both. If you want direct integration to SII (more control, less recurring cost) we do it with your certificate and folios. If you prefer to use your existing ERP or a commercial PSE, we integrate with that.

Does it work offline for store or field operations?

Yes. The POS and mobile apps we deliver have offline mode with automatic sync when connection is restored. Critical for retail with unstable WiFi and field technicians.

How customizable is the system?

100%. We don't sell off-the-shelf product: each system is built around your operation. That's why we start with an audit where we map your current processes and deliver closed scope before touching code.

How do you handle migration from my current system?

Phased data migration with system co-existence. First we parameterize the new one, then run in parallel, and only turn off the old one when the new is stable and validated. No big-bang, no risk of losing operations.
