Why not just use a SaaS ecommerce platform?

If you're starting and selling < 200 orders/month, a SaaS platform works. As you grow, fees, apps and customization limits start to hurt. That's where we come in.

How long does it take to migrate from a SaaS or open-source platform?

8 to 14 weeks for a brand with 50-500 SKUs, including catalog import, customers, historical orders and core integrations (ERP, courier, payments).

Does it work with my ERP?

Yes. We've integrated the major ones in LATAM. If your ERP has API or exports CSV/spreadsheet, we integrate. Otherwise we evaluate middleware. Sync is bidirectional for stock and unidirectional for orders.

Who maintains the store afterwards?

You decide. We maintain with monthly SLA, train your team to maintain, or hybrid: large features with us, fixes with your team. The code is yours from day 1.
